Our Mission
Four Sisters Alliance emboldens tribal nations by empowering the people doing the work through practical, peer-driven collaboration and shared innovation. Rooted in the goal to nurture our tribes and the lived expertise of our communities, we create accessible spaces for connection and problem-solving where implementation happens. By fostering interconnected networks and providing experience-driven tools, we enable tribal employees to solve real-world challenges, replicate success, and build sustainable systems grounded in Indigenous values and collective responsibility.
Strategy. Sovereignty. Solutions.

Workforce Gatherings:
Regionally focused, low-cost, and highly practical in-person workshops designed around specific operational themes. These will emphasize hands-on learning, site visits to successful tribal programs, and facilitated breakout sessions for problem-solving.

Virtual problem-solving:
Webinars delivered by tribal employees for tribal employees, showcasing successful projects, innovative techniques, or specific skill sets and small group meetings to discuss challenges, share solutions, and provide ongoing peer support.

Best Practice Collection:
An online, easily searchable database of case studies, templates, policies, and guidance from tribal programs that have successfully implemented solutions to common challenges.

Mentorship Connection:
Connecting tribal employees seeking guidance with experienced peers and subject matter experts from other nations for one-on-one mentorship and advice.
Rooted in culture. Focused on impact.
Four Sisters Alliance is committed to strengthening tribal nations by supporting the people who carry
out the daily work of governance, programs, and community services. We believe that strategy is strongest when it is
developed from the ground up, and when shared directly between people doing the work. This is where systems become more effective, aligned, and sustainable.
